Year of the RABBIT

2011 has really been the year for me. Every new year you go into you expect to start it off with a bang or have some special revolution. This year I didn't put one expectation on the outcome or start. I just decided, hey its another year which is great but I'm just going to take it one day at a time and go from there. I had heard about the year changing in the Chinese calender to the Rabbit, which in the astrology side is the Pices, or birthdays in march. I don't know the specifics of all that but what I do know is my birthday falls on March 5 and that makes me part of the sign and animal astrology stuff for this year. Now again I really don't follow into a whole lot of superstition, sign reading, and all that. If anything I'm only interested in my sign cause i think the fish are cool and the Rabbit, well the rabbit I never thought was cool. I always wanted to be like the tiger or snake, something that was like a cool animal. As a kid you don't read too much into the technical side of something just the basics and whats funny is I'm still that way. I don't read to much into allot of things. I'm a different person all together . I live life on the go, with the wind in the breeze, spontaneous, and free. Theres pros and cons to that life style but its been a great ride so far. This year has definitely been a highlight in my life. Since joining the Chorus I'm apart of I've been to about seven states and multiple cities, big national events and small local schools performing like a rock star. All in just the three months time I have been a member. Now I'm definitely not a rock star but this has been the closes I've been. I love to entertain and would love to reach the national level of entertainment in which ever field i choose to do so but in the mean time this singing ain't too bad. I laugh at myself all the time cause of all the talented singers out there, some how me of all non singing people ended up with a singing job. It trips me out. Now i think i can sing on certain levels and songs hitting certain notes, but as a soloist type no. I mean i have a singing background of shower time and kareoke, but that really isn't a resume. Well while I'm here I'm going to make the most of this fantastic jump start to a year. I might go back and tell some details of the adventures that have become past, but for now ima let this settle and go to bed. adios.
